As a UCM light worker, I have spent over thirty years searching for the right tools to do my spiritual work. And, during that time have explored many avenues of metaphysical and spiritual practices to help other people through difficulties in their lives.
I have studied astrology, numerology, palmistry, runes, Tarot, auras, Reiki, Johrei, massage therapy, color therapy, Course In Miracles, essential oils/aroma therapy, past life releasement and finally found my niche in hypnosis.
After obtaining my certification from the Palo Alto School of Hypnotherapy I joined several hypnosis organizations, past life groups and trained other hypnotherapists and saw clients daily. I have developed and continue to teach EBERT (EarthBound Entity Releasement Technique). I held my first EBERT workshop in 1993 and today there are over 200 EBERT practitioners. My workbook has been read all over the world.

Throughout my life, I have stayed connected to the exploration of soul, mind, and body. What I have practiced over the years and the ways in which I help others, is through spiritual counseling, incorporating my knowledge & education as well as using my intuitive skill. This includes being a psychic channel, doing soul communication, Akashic Record and past life readings, Karma readings, dream work, and soul readings including for those who have left the physical body and need assistance to continue in their journey into the afterlife.
I also do clearings of negative energy for people and places. I do soul readings for animals both in the body and for those which have transitioned through accidents or medically assisted transition. I have been doing a mix of all these practices for at least 40 yrs. An important aspect of my spiritual counseling is working on raising people’s consciousness about who they are as unique souls and human beings.
Reverend Dr. Janet Childs
Trustee
I have always been drawn to work with people in crisis. The transformative power of witnessing the courage of a person surviving a trial in their life and building meaning from the pain is awe inspiring. I became a co founder The Centre for Living with Dying in 1976. I have been able to provide crisis intervention counseling and education focusing on the dynamics of loss, illness, crisis and grief.
Surviving grief in the aftermath of loss and change is one experience we all universally share. I am so honored to be a part of the movement to break the conspiracy of silence around pain and the isolation of loss. We each can create the safety and bring compassion to each other’s journey through change to meaning. We all reach for the common denominator of love, connection and memory.
Music has literally saved my life. I also love the creativity of art and ceremony. I have been honored to officiate at weddings, memorials and funerals, life changing moments, release ceremonies and manifestation ceremonies.
Throughout my life, nature and animals have been a sustaining force, enabling me to stay on this beautiful Mother earth, dancing on the balancing wheel of love, the eternal constant.
Reverend Ronnie Grigsby
Trustee
I was born on August 16, 1955 and raised in Tulare, California. I spent much of my adult life in San Jose, California and have been a member of Universal Church of the Master since 2007. I’ve been a certified minister with UCM for more than ten years. Many of the duties I’ve performed for UCM over the years have included singing at Sunday services and providing counsel for members during times of distress, grief and periods of support. I have also been an active supporter of/volunteer for the HIV/AIDS retreats run by the Bill Wilson Center in Santa Clara County for more than 15 years. In 2019, I moved to Sacramento, California with my husband Kevin and our cat Jake. But I have maintained my relationship with the UCM San Jose charter run by Reverend Doti Boon. I have many ideas to help UCM continue to prosper and would appreciate an opportunity to see them through as a board member.
